Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cirqula T/A Trailer Trash (ABN 51 727 056 367) (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use TT Home Waste Club, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect

When you sign up for a membership, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number and property address
  • Your council area, used to determine which bin services apply to you
  • Your chosen membership tier or Full Bin Service selection, and billing preference (monthly or annual)
  • The Terms version you agreed to and when

If you use our Contact form, we also collect the name, email, optional phone number and message you submit, and use them only to reply to you.

We don’t collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — see Stripe’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

2. How we use it

  • To set up and manage your membership and billing
  • To schedule and deliver the services included in your tier
  • To contact you about your membership, bookings, or changes to our service
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with:

  • Stripe, to process your subscription payment
  • Supabase, our database provider, to securely store your membership record

We don’t sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data storage & security

Your information is stored securely with access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure. We only retain what’s needed to run your membership and meet our legal obligations.

5. Cookies & tracking

This site doesn’t currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes (for example, adding analytics), we’ll update this policy.

6. Access & correction

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@tthomewasteclub.com.au.

7. Data retention

We keep membership records for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and legal record-keeping requirements.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
